How to enhance the skills Of Learning In kids

Imagine the time when there were no heavy school bags full of books, notebooks and stationary. Kids at the point of time had not that much of opportunities for studies. Even the caretakers did not bother that much regarding the kids schooling, teaching and education. They were satisfied with whatever facilities were available for the kids, at that point of time and utilized that much only to to educate and teach the children.

Today, the situation is changed and a stiff competition has entered in studies and overall childhood training and development and everyone is running behind the same. A new craze is seen for modern schools and for novel and unique methods of learning. This is indeed good and I don't stand against it. Do, whatever best you want to do for your kids! Absolutely not a problem! But would the modernized schooling alone, can lead to the overall personality development in the kids? I have some reservation in accepting this fact.

We need to spare some time for our busy life schedule and revert to the old times. We should share the responsibility of Personality development of our kids along with their teachers and mentors. Once the child reaches at a stage to understand the things, involve him in family decision making and encourage his/her participation in family matters to increase his experience and understanding, so that he/she is able to make wise and intelligent decisions. In my opinion, give him the full responsibility of a particular family activity e.g. to arrange vegetables and daily eatables from the market within the allocated budget and watch the results. Doing well! Very good!

Bookish knowledge can be a contributor and not the overall player in children personality development. What do you think about it? It has been observed that children sharing responsibility in family matters from the very start turn to be more matured person and in certain cases have even shown the tremendous growth in their career also.

God has given equal brain and energy to every kid and no one is ahead/ behind, as such. The only requirement is to channelize this energy and resource in the right direction, on the right time for the good results in future.
