Some kids who seem averse to playing outdoors may, in fact, be averse to that particular physical activity. Ask them to move out of the house and into the fresh air. Physical activity makes for energetic children! Try introducing some fun and interesting games every time you take the children to the park or the playground – be it running, playing with a ball etc. Give them the freedom to choose their preferred activity – be it swimming, skating, cycling, archery, gymnastics, or playing football or cricket.
